Paul Tetreault

Paul Tetreault is the Vice President of Operations for Asset Management Resources (AMR), a division of TEKsystems, Inc. An original principal of AMR, Paul helped design and develop the processes and methodologies that represent our unique service offering. He has over twenty-five years of experience with the fixed asset inventory and property record concerns of major organizations in a myriad of industries. Paul has consulted extensively to clients with concerns in the area of ad valorem tax, fixed asset accounting software, data processing, policies and procedures, and reporting. Paul is active in the Institute of Professionals in Taxation (IPT) and holds an accounting degree from Walsh College of Business and Accounting and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Detroit College of Law. Paul is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan.

Jeb Stolicker

Jeb Stolicker is the Director of Operations for Asset Management Resources (AMR), a division of TEKsystems, Inc. Jeb has more than ten years experience in the asset management arena and extensive knowledge in database transition and property tax logistics. He ensures that the overall processes and procedures from project start to finish are completed to client satisfaction and corporate standards. Jeb also oversees the preparation and delivery of final database deliverables. He is seasoned in all aspects of asset management including pre-planning and physical inventory management, database reconciliation and enhancement, and tax preparation. Initially IT driven, his expertise includes coordinating projects for leading corporations in the pharmaceutical, automotive, furniture and food processing industries. Jeb has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Walsh College of Accountancy.

Cathy Geistler

Cathy Geistler, CPA, is a State and Local Tax Manager for Asset Management Resources (AMR), a division of TEKsystems, Inc. Cathy has ten years of experience handling various state and local tax issues including sales and use taxes, personal property taxes and state income/franchise taxes. Over the last five years Cathy has assisted clients in obtaining tax savings through tax planning and historical reviews of tax filings to generate refunds. Cathy is currently responsible for client personal property tax compliance as well as tax savings generation. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan – Dearborn and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.

Paul Chaben

Paul Chaben, CPA, is the Director of Business Development for Asset Management Resources (AMR), a division of TEKsystems, Inc. Paul has been an AMR Director since January 2001 and has been with AMR in various capacities since August 1992. He has been instrumental in AMR’s emergence as a leader in Fixed Asset Inventory & Reconciliation services. Paul has been able to help companies realize the benefit of physical fixed asset inventory & reconciliation services for a variety of financial and tax objectives. Additionally, he has over nineteen years of business experience in the accounting, property tax, and asset management arenas. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Michigan State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Indiana University.

Scott Broughton

Scott Broughton is the Director of Information Technology for Asset Management Resources (AMR), a division of TEKsystems, Inc., and has sixteen years experience in asset management and property taxation. Scott and his team have developed a wide range of tools to aid in the collection, quality, and reconciliation of inventory data. In addition to these tools, Scott has managed large inventory projects, consulted customers on property tax compliance and worked with assessors during the audit process. Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from John Brown University.

Stephen Talbot

Stephen Talbot is Director of Business Development and Marketing for Asset Management Resources (AMR), a division of TEKsystems, Inc. Stephen has been with AMR since March 2003 developing the partners channel and marketing program. Prior to joining AMR, he held several positions with high technology companies including such notable firms as Unisys, Cognos, Computervision, Dassault Systemes, and EDS PLM Solutions where he held the position of Director of Sales. With his thirty-two years of sales and marketing experience, he has bridged the gap between software technologies and the services performed by AMR. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Wayne State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University.
